We can be fully self sustained off-grid with our own water, cold storage and generator, or we can simply plug in to a regular 13amp domestic socket. Our equipment is of the highest standard to ensure reliability, consistency and economy of use. The most important machine, the espresso machine, is a San Remo Zoe that delivers a perfect espresso, hundreds of times a day!

The HY-Life! here we are at Tunes in Park, where we served breakfast and caffeine to the thousands of campers on site. We cater to special events, large or small and offer coffee and dessert delivery.
Our Coffee
We use the finest seasonal espresso blend 'The Americas' supplied by Devon Coffee Company, who pride themselves on environmental and economic sustainability. The Americas is produced in Brazil on the Daterra farm, who were the first farm in Brazil to receive the Rainforest certification and the first in the world to become a grade 'A' certified sustainable farm. The beans have been processed naturally and produce notes of stewed fruit and chocolate. The quality of coffee Daterra produce is second to none, with some of the best representatives of Cerrado coffee coming out of Brazil today.

Q. Do you have public liability insurance?
A. Yes. £10 million public liability and £10 million employer liability insurance.
Q. What is your hygiene rating?
A. We have a '5' rating from Plymouth City Council environmental health team.
Q. How many can you cater for?
A. From small private events to festivals with thousands of guests. We can provide hot food options for larger events, such as Wagyu burgers for evenings and breakfast baps, utilising the finest produce available.
Q. How far will you travel?
A. Dependant on numbers we will travel in the South West, anything further than 20 miles I would need to consider shipping the van due to it's age and speed!
Q. Do you cater for different dietary requirements?
A. Yes. we tend to have at least one gluten free and vegan option, with more available upon request prior to the event. Alternative milks, decaf tea and coffee are also available.
Q. Do you have ethics and sustainability at the heart of your business?
A. Yes, we limit food wastage wherever possible by making only what is required, use the finest modern, efficient equipment to reduce energy consumption. We use recyclable 'envirosip' cups and lids and encourage use of personal cups. Our coffee is ethically and sustainably sourced from a highly reputable roaster with suitably green credentials.
Pledge: As a former Royal Marine of 22 years, for every military event I support, 15% of my fee or daily takings will be donated to an associated armed forces charity.
